![]() ![]() Voluntary Transfer A Voluntary transfer to a higher or lower pay grade will be effective on the date of transfer. ![]() Voluntary Resignation means any termination of employment that is not involuntary and that is not the result of the employee's death, disability, early retirement or retirement.
